Suzanne Heywood
Suzanne Heywood CBE (Lady Heywood of Whitehall) is the Chair of Quartz Associates. She has helped dozens of companies across all sectors to reshape their organizations in order to grow faster.
Suzanne has over 25 years’ experience helping companies to transform and grow, as a consultant and investor. She was global head of organizational design at McKinsey and is now COO of Exor (the Agnelli family’s investment vehicle), and the Chair of CNHI, Iveco Group and Shang Xia. She is also a Board member of the Economist, Louboutin and Clarivate.
Suzanne is the co-author of four Harvard Business Review (HBR) books on organizational change, and her thinking has featured in numerous articles/ interviews for HBR, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, the Economist, the American Management Association, the Financial Times, Public Administration Review etc.
Suzanne grew up sailing around the world with her family – the subject of a best selling memoir (Wavewalker), currently being turned into a TV series. She has also published a best selling biography of her late husband, the UK cabinet secretary, Sir Jeremy Heywood. Suzanne was named World Women Hero at Davos 2024.
